Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – City Tour
Upon arrival at Hanoi airport meet your Guide and driver from Andy Travels and transfer to hotel in the city center. Drop your luggage, refresh after your flight (check in early is subject to availability of the hotel and will be confirmed upon arrival). Have lunch at a local restaurant. Recommend the Obama restaurant to try Bun Cha for your lunch.
In the PM we start for Hanoi city tour – Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh and the nation’s founder and resumes visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the colonial Presidential Palace, originally the French Governor Office, the rural style Ho Chi Minh’s simple cottage where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. Stop by one of Hanoi’s icons, the One Pillar Pagoda, built in the 11th Century.
Visit Imperial citadel of Thang Long. The area is a cultural complex, firstly built by the Le Dynasty in the 11th century, expanded by the Tran, Le and the Nguyen Dynasty until the 20th century. The royal palaces and most of the structures had changed over the centuries and were heavily destroyed by the French invasion in the late 19th century, by the end of the 20th century, many of the remaining structures were torn down.
Take a one-hour cyclo tour / electric car through charming Ha Noi’s Old Quarter also known as the “36 streets of Thang Long” and Dong Xuan Market and around Hoan Kiem Lake. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It’s a great place to discover with plenty of photo opportunities all around.
Attending a Water puppet show, The puppet performs on the water and is controlled by artisans behind the curtain. The stories in the water puppet show clearly the life and culture of the Vietnamese. The water puppet show is highly recommended. The show is about 1 hour long.

Day 2: Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Trang An

08.00 AM pick up at hotel for a full day tour to Ninh Binh. It takes about 2 hours drive from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.
10.30 AM: Visit HoaLư ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le and Ly Dynasty
11.45 AM: Have buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods such as goat meat, fried rice….
1.00 PM: Visit Trang An by doing 2 hours boat tour – which was recognized by UNESCO as The World Heritage Site in 2014. The scenery in Trang An Grottoes is very similar to Ha Long Bay such as high mountains are surrounded by vegetation areas and mantles of water. It makes thousands of tourists surprised because every river section, mountain, the cave has its own beauty. There is something of the marvelous in all things of nature in Trang An.
3.30 PM: Get back to the bus then leave for Mua Cave. Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here
4.30 PM: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Overnight Cruise
Have breakfast at the hotel
9:00 – 11:30 AM: You will be picked up at your hotel (around Hanoi Old Quarter) and transferred to the pier in Ha Long
12:00 – 12:30 PM: Arriving at Halong Bay, you’ll be welcomed to embark on the cruise. It’s time to learn about the cruise briefing and safety instructions while sipping a welcome drink. After check-in, you can take a short rest after an excursion.
1:00 – 2:00 PM: While cruising through the karst rock formations into the world of natural heritage, you will have lunch at the luxury restaurant on the cruise. Fill your stomach with a great diversity of deluxe Vietnamese set menu and fresh seafood dishes.
3:00 – 4:30 PM: In the afternoon, the itinerary will continue with the exploration of limestone caves. Depending on each cruise, tourists will have chances to visit different caves (Sung Sot Cave / Thien Canh Son Cave / Dark Light Cave). You will be surprised by breathtaking masterpieces of nature in dry caves, while cave water offers beautiful sites for kayaking or bamboo boat rowed by local people.
6:30 – 7:00 PM: At twilight, almost all Halong Bay cruises offer a Cooking Class or Fruit And Vegetable Carving lesson. The head chef will show you how to make and decorate some traditional Vietnamese dishes. Here you can get a deep insight into Vietnamese cuisine.
7:00 – 11:30 PM: It’s time for a special dinner fraught with appetizing Western dishes and Vietnamese traditional food, depending on the set menu of each cruise.

Day 4: Halong Bay Cruise – Hanoi – Da Nang
6:30 – 7:00 AM: Enjoy coffee, tea, and breakfast served in the dining room. You can wake up earlier to catch the sunset moment from the cruise which gives more stunning views than on land. After breakfast, join the Tai Chi lessons, the traditional Chinese material art, to refresh your second day on Halong Bay cruise trip. This exercise is not only good for fitness and flexibility but also beneficial for the relief of pain and anxiety. Upon completing breakfast continue the journey and head out to explore the bay.
7:45 – 9:00 AM: The next destination will be a fishing village where you can meet up with the hospitable and rustic people, as well as get a glimpse of the local life and traditional cultures of the native people. The best way to explore Vung Vieng floating village is by bamboo boat or kayak tour.
10:00 am: It’s time to return the boat for packing and check-out procedures. Simultaneously, the brunch is served whilst the boat cruises back to the pier.
12:00 – 3:30 PM: End of the second day you will be transferred back to Hanoi. In general, the majority of cruises 2 days 1 night has the same activities on board but different routes to various attractions.
Drive to Hanoi airport for a short flight to Da Nang. Arrive hotel in Da Nang late in the afternoon.

Day 5: Hoian city Tour

08.00 AM: Get picked up at hotel for 45 minutes drive to Hoi An – Visit Hoi An Ancient Town with most famous attractions including Phuc Kien Communal House, Tan Ky ancient commercial house, Japanese covered Bridge, and Phung Hung Ancient Trading House, lantern making workshops.
Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century.
Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.

Day 6: Bana Hill & Golden Bridge – Da Nang departure
7:30 am – 8:00 am – Our tour guide come and picks you up at your hotel in Da Nang city center to depart for a day trip to Ba Na Hills which is situated 1487 meters from sea level.
9:15 am – Coming to Ba Na Hills station, you will start the journey to the top of Ba Na Hills by taking the cable car network by Doppermayer which holds 4 of the World Records.
Arriving at Marseille station, our group will go sightseeing or choose to go on with funicular to climb up the hill to visit Bar Debay Wine Cellar –constructed by French colonialists that involved a deep tunnel through Ba Na Mountain 1923, Le Jardin Gardens with thousands of beautiful flower.
Especially, you will visit the amazing Golden Bridge crossing the Paradise Garden and enjoy the heavenly scenery from the height of 1,414 meters above sea level. Then we come to visit the spiritual area of Ba Na Hills with Linh Phong Zen Monastery, Belfry, Stele Hall, Holy Mother Shrine, and Linh Ung Pogoda – the 3rdLinhUng Pagoda forming a solid tripod protecting and embracing Da Nang city. After that, you will take the cable car to get to the top of Ba Na Hills with French village, Fantasy Park and for lunch.
12:00pm – Have a buffet lunch with more than 70 dishes from both Eastern and Western cuisine.
1:00 pm – Free time to enjoy games at Fantasy Park with adventurous and thrilling games like Vong Quay Tinh Yeu, Skiver Pilot, Fice Race Track, Ghost House, etc.
Explore French Village at Sun World Ba Na Hills – a replica of classical and romantic France in our fantasy, through a string of peculiar architectural clusters: the square, cathedral, town, village and inns.
Enjoy the show of European and American artists.
3:30pm – Take cable to return and transfer to Danang airport to fly Singapore. End of your Vietnam Tour 6 days.
