We couldn’t be happier with our experience visiting Hanoi with Andy. My husband and I were there on our honeymoon and from the first pick up at the airport to the final drop off,Andy provided exceptional service, kindness and knowledge about Hanoi and the country of Vietnam.
He was always prompt, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. He has great English and he took us to meaningful, interesting sites and restaurants so we felt like we truly made the most of our short few days there.
He also took terrific photos of us, and generously gave us these adorable knit keychains for our niece and nephew that his wife made. It was such a warm gesture and indicative of the generous people of Vietnam.
We’ll definitely tour with Andy upon our next trip there!
